N.C.'s Ending Cash Balance As Of May 18: $1,595,495,477.40 PDF Print E-mail

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - As of Friday, May 18, North Carolina's ending cash balance was $1,595,477.40 according to State Controller David McCoy. The unreserved cash balance stood at $889,286,172.25.

 
In his weekly General Fund Cash Watch, McCoy reports the state's Monday, May14 cash balance was $1,788,123,57028. 
 
The state added tax and non-tax receipts totalling $338,289,757.58.
 
Disbursements were made for payroll ($40,270,219.75); State Aid ($47,979,050.12); Medicaid/Other Provider Payments ($707,967,140.47); Tax Refunds/Distributions ($491,403,869.95); and General Operating ($113,273,364.72).
 
After subtracting reserved cash, the state's unreserved cash balance stood at $889,286,172.25.
