N.C.'s Ending Cash Balance As Of April 27: $1,910,759,543 PDF Print E-mail

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - As of Friday, April 27, North Carolina's ending cash balance was $1,910,759,542.89, according to State Controller David McCoy. The unreserved cash balance stood at $563,314,320.50.

 
In his weekly General Fund Cash Watch, McCoy reports the state's Monday, April 23 beginning cash balance was $1,886,257,920.33.
 
The state added tax and  non-tax receipts totalling $1,287,759,062.88.
 
Disbursements were made for payroll ($1,004,042,657.51), State Aid ($226,517,948.82), Medicaid/Other Provider Payments ($188,581,309.87), Tax Refunds/Distributions ($207,414,884.53), Debt Service ($33,099.39), and General Operating ($92,876,424.01).
 
After subtracting reserved cash, the state's unreserved cash balance totalled $563,314,320.50.
