Triangle Home Sales Year-Over-Year Are Up 4.6 Percent In April PDF Print E-mail

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The struggling real estate industry has something to smile about in the Triangle region. Data from Triangle Multiple Listing Services (MLS) shows a 4.6 percent jump in home sales in April, over April sales one year ago.

 
Triangle Business Journal reports that a 3.9 percent increase in the median sales price to $190,000. 
The sales price was also up slightly.
